Bethany Lutheran Church

When 5 mischievous cousins try to sneak into their cranky old grandfather’s “headquarters,” they get more than just a history lesson when he catches them.  Listen in as Gramps reminisces about the war, his wife Rosie, and his journey to faith.  “Salute to Christmas” is another Claudia Simpson Jones Christmusical, featuring familiar Christmas favorites, as well as original music written and arranged by Claudia.  The program features the Bethany Choir, Bethany Teens, the Sunday School Kids, and some other familiar faces.  The program concludes with the Bethany Living Nativity, the narrative of the Christmas story from the gospel of Luke, and the much-loved rendition of “O Holy Night” with Jim Haifley as the soloist.  There will be two performance dates:  Friday, Dec. 9th at 7:30 PM; and Sunday, Dec. 11th at 5:30 PM.  This is a family friendly event!  After the performance, join us in Litzer Hall for cookies, cocoa and carols.  The suggested donation is $10 per person and you can make your reservation by sending an email to: bethanychurchlady or by calling the office at 253-847-8801

Join us each Sunday for worship, Study, and fellowship
